- Chia seed gel face mask
Chia seed face packs hydrate skin, clear acne, soothe inflammation and reduce the signs of ageing. To prepare face pack, take two tablespoon chia seeds, four tablespoon coconut oil and one tablespoon lemon juice in a bowl and soak them for 30 minutes. After half an hour, the ingredients will combine and form a gel consistency. Apply the pack all over your face and let it dry for 20 minutes. Wash the face with water by massaging in circular motions.
- Shea butter balm for eczema
Mix five tablespoons of organic coconut oil, two tablespoons of almond oil, and three tablespoons of shea butter and two tablespoons of beeswax to a glass bowl. Heat the mixture to melt it. Now after it cools down, add two tablespoon of organic honey and 20 to 25 drops of essential oil like lavender or geranium to the bowl. Stir everything well to combine them and transfer the mixture to a glass jar or cosmetic tin. Apply the mixture on clear skin.
