The lettings teams at Seymours’ offices in Dorking and Godalming are once again celebrating winning gold at the British Property Awards 2021-2022.

One of the clients from Seymours’ Godalming office noted how the team “made a usually stressful process, stress-free.” This is a huge factor in winning the British Property Awards as the business can demonstrate its focus on the client rather than quick sales!
However, as we mentioned before – this isn’t the first big win for any of the Seymours branches. These two gold wins follow the Godalming sales team’s achievement earlier on in 2021. Outperforming the competition will no doubt draw in plenty more clients for these Surrey Estate Agents and just goes to show how worthy they are of these wins.
The criteria for winning this award is harsh and to even be in with a chance you must meet these factors over a number of months to ensure continuity and stability for clients.
